The Neighborhood House, Inc. is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit Settlement House governed by an active Board of Trustees.
The BoardĀ members meet monthly and serve on several standing committees.
Our current programs include childcare, infant mortality reduction, youth services, parenting classes, family preservation, senior services, prison transportation, food pantry, outpatient chemical dependency counseling, employment readiness, refugee/immigrant services, micro-enterprise program, copy center, clothing drives, notary public and fiduciary agent.
Since 1909, our mission has been to assist kids, families, and single adults to become self-sufficient.
We believe the best way to strengthen our neighborhood is to work with our families!
We provide a nurturing, protective and educational environment for young children, teenagers, and all members of the family to build a strong community.
